The Fine Print

 

· An individual signing on behalf of an organization indicates that the individual has the power to bind the organization to this contract.

 

· Payment:  Payment may be made by cash, credit/ debit card, or checks (payable to PanWerks Catering Inc.).  Receipts will be provided for all payments made.

 

· Changes to the order or guest count within 7 or fewer calendar days of the event will be subject to additional fees.

 

· Cancellations: In the event of cancellation 10 or more calendar days prior to event, the reservation fee will be retained by PanWerks Catering Inc and all other money paid will be returned.  If cancellation occurs less than 10 calendar days but more than 2 calendar days prior to the event, the reservation fee and 50% of the first installment will be retained by PanWerks.  All other money paid will be returned to the customer.  If cancellation occurs 2 or fewer calendar days prior to event, the reservation fee and 1^st installment will be retained by PanWerks Catering Inc. and additional money paid will be returned to the customer.

 

· All food remaining at end of service will be put into disposable containers and left at service site unless previous arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

 

· PanWerks Catering will clean up serving site before leaving.

 

· Liability for guest behavior and loss of property is assigned to the Customer.  The Customer is responsible for loss of revenue, loss or damage to PanWerks Catering Inc, property due to Customer or guest negligence or willful conduct.

 

· The Customer is responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits from local, state, or federal governing body’s at the customer’s expense.

 

· This writing constitutes the entirety of the contract between the Customer and PanWerks Catering Inc.  Any prior oral conversations not memorialized in this contract are not part of this contract.

 

· Any additions, deletions, or changes to this contract shall be mutually agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.

 

· A signature delivered by fax or electronic means shall be binding for both parties.
